Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. in any event the Company’s shall not be responsible for any other international laws of the above If the customer chooses to purchase the service/product/ device via our official website and receive it via international shipping, the responsibility for paying the taxes (if required) will be at his own risk. If you choose not to receive the package/shipping, you will have to pay for the return shipping of the product/package within 3 business days. and a non-refundable cancellation fee of five hundred usd By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. In the event that the customer chooses to return the purchased product and receive a credit for it – we are unable to do so. The devices are non-refundable. A buyer can only return a product provided he has not opened and used the product. Within a time frame of up to 14 days from purchase of the product / physical receipt of the product into his hands. The customer must notify by email of his intention to return the product, within the above time frame and under the conditions stated above. also the buyer should pay the return label shipment + initial shipment from us + 15% restocking fee.  Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. Conditions of use of products:

Any device/product/service of any kind, has limitations, conditions, explicit instructions, manuals and use.

A) It is the responsibility of the user/buyer to read and understand what is stated in the manual and through our official website at www.aks-detectors.com and through our official technical support 24/7. If the customer chooses to purchase a product/service/device through one of our authorized distributors (the list of official distributors appears on our official website), the direct and exclusive responsibility for the service\product will be through which the transaction was made. B) For the product that has already been opened/used (meaning that the customer received the product and opened the package, a suitcase, use of some way the product and/or ripped the plastic wrap of the product) the only option is to return the product and receive a monetary credit to buy one of the products/Other services we offer, No refund will be given after using the product.
C) When a customer has chosen to purchase several products from our “filters” category, for the purpose of illustration, 5 different filter units : – We will supply it with 5 different filter units, but we will supply only 3 antennas (suitable for the fitters) and 3 battery holders (suitable for filters), since our devices can work simultaneously with up to 3 filters at the same time. Therefore, the client does not need more than 3 antennas for filters anyway. D) All warranty matters are as detailed in this document and in addition to all the pages of our official website. In any event, if the customer wishes to receive warranty service, he will bear the shipping costs, back and forth for testing the device, and may incur additional costs for repairs that are not included in the warranty, such as: battery, Or an argument that does not satisfy the laboratory’s opinion that the device is reasonably used and/or an argument that is irrelevant and “evasive”. and water/humidity damage claims. In any event, for the avoidance of doubt, the exercise of the warranty in accordance with the sole discretion of the Company. E) In order to use the warranty for the product/service – the customer must log on to the official website of the company and perform a “warranty registration” for the product/service that he has purchased in up to 7 days from his/her purchase/receiving the product\service. F) Products without warranty – shall not be serviced in any case and even products whose warranty has expired. In addition, devices that have not been purchased through the Company and/or the exclusive distributors will also not receive any service and/or training whatsoever. G) In the event that the customer chooses to return the purchased product and receive a credit for it – we are unable to do so. The devices are non-refundable. A buyer can only return a product provided he has not opened and used the product. Within a time frame of up to 14 days from purchase of the product / physical receipt of the product into his hands. The customer must notify by email of his intention to return the product, within the above time frame and under the conditions stated above. Also, in this case, the responsibility of returning the shipment will be at the customer’s expense only. In addition, the cost of restocking in the amount of 30% will be charged from the customer, no restocking fee will be charged from the customer in case of product exchange or any other case for which we are responsible. H) For the avoidance of doubt, all information for what is included in the product or service kit appears in detail on the pages of our official website mentioned above.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, or the country of the dealer who got permission to use our platform website as part of the agreement of the uses as our dealer in that particular country without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event that the customer chooses to return the purchased product and receive a credit for it – we are unable to do so. The devices are non-refundable.
